ANCIENT GATES

ANCIENT GATES

Let the ancient gates be opened wide,

For the King of Glory to enter in,

The Lord of hosts, he is the King,

And he is strong and mighty.

The whole earth belongs to him.

He is the creator of all living things,

He established the seas and the rivers,

And he beckons us to come hither,

With clean hands and pure hearts,

Free from falsehood and deceit,

We now ascend the hill of the Lord,

Standing firm in that holy place with the Lord.

And we give him all the praise,

For he alone is worthy of our praise,

We give him thanks for our blessings,

And most of all our salvation.

Early in the morning we will seek the Lord,

As night falls we seek his face,

And we will pay attention to his precious Word,

Finding him in the secret place.

We give praise to the King of Glory,

Giving him all the Glory,

He is the Lord of Hosts, He is our God,

All praise honour and glory be unto our triune God.

An unchanging God

AN UNCHANGING GOD

He's an unchanging God,

Awesome in every way,

The God of the Bible is the same today,

Never, ever changing, He is indeed God.

Yesterday He was the healer,

Yesterday He was the provider,

Today and always He heals,

Today and always He provides.

He's an unchanging God,

He is always and always has been good,

He has always loved mankind,

Our God is merciful and kind.

Since the beginning He has sought relationship with man,

In the garden of Eden He walked with Adam,

Man sinned bringing division between us and God,

Reconciliation could only come through the shedding of blood.

And Jesus, God's Only Son gave His life for us,

The Saviour of mankind is also unchanging,

A true reflection of the Father can be seen in Jesus,

The Holy Spirit helps bring us to this understanding.

The promises in the Word were not just for yesterday,

For we are the children of Abraham and they are for us today,

In times past He gave strength to the weak,

Today He gives strength to those who God seek.

Jabez prayed and God granted him his requests,

Today He hears our prayers and grants our requests,

During the wilderness years God provided for the Israelites,

Today He meets our needs for we are precious in His sight.

Yesterday He showed His miraculous working power,

Today the Holy Spirit does His people empower,

Jesus said "Greater miracles you will do,"

And the hour for those miracles to be seen is now.

Old Testament heroes of the faith were an example for us today,

New Testament examples too show us how to live a Godly way,

Through Jesus we are reconciled to Father God,

Restoration allowing us to commune with God.

For as in the days of old man walked with God,

Today we can have a marvelous close walk with our God,

For Jesus His Son came from heaven above,

For God is and always has been a God of love.

The Father, Son and Holy Spirit were together in creation,

Today they continue to work together as the three in one,

Our God is the same yesterday, today and forever,

And throughout all eternity He will reign forever more.

ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE

ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE

You are a believer,

So all things are possible,

You are now a receiver,

Of things thought impossible.

For our God is able,

To do that which men think impossible,

To us he has made promises,

Be assured he delivers.

Those promises are “yes and amen,”

For God is not withholding,

Good things from those who love him,

By faith believe that you are receiving.

Our God is the God of the impossible,

He turns things around and we are now able,

To see miraculous intervention in difficult situations,

Because of the prayers he is answering.

So you and I will keep on trusting,

And keep on believing,

That we are receiving,

For our God is not in the business of withholding.

Giving thanks and praise to the Lord,

Let us join in one accord,

Giving praise that he’s the God of the impossible,

For he turns things around making them possible.

That healing we need can be turned around,

That financial, need he’s got it in hand,

We trust in him,

Placing our faith in him.

THANK YOU LORD.

ABBA IT’S YOUR HEART I WANT

ABBA IT’S YOUR HEART I WANT

Abba Father change my heart I pray,

Loose me of my selfish ways,

Agape love comes fro above,

Help me to love with your kind of love.

Let my heart beat along with yours,

Compassion for others flowing,

Guard my tongue, fill my mouth,

May the words I use be not my own.

Lord help my arms to reach out,

To those in pain and hurt,

Love of God flow through me,

So that people might you see.

I want to love like you love,

Show me what you see in people around me,

Holy Spirit please within me move,

That I might see what the Father sees.

AMEN

A WRITER’S PRAYER

A WRITER’S PRAYER

Lord may I write as your scribe,

And all the glory to you I will ascribe,

Lord, give me the words you wish me to say,

To your precious people today.

Guide me in each word I type,

Help me to be an encouragement,

May I in all I do reflect your light,

Fill me afresh Holy Spirit.

May my writing carry the spirit of Revival,

Igniting a fire within my own and other’s hearts,

And may I reach other’s for you as the gospel I impart,

Lord, I come before you surrendering my all.

I cannot write about that, which I do not know,

Draw me closer, help me to precious seeds sow,

I’m seeking your face Lord, to know you more,

For with the eagles I want to soar.

Lord, make me a channel of your peace,

I know your love for me and others will never cease,

Help me to show the Father’s love,

May all I write be straight from above.

Lord forgive me if I have ever sought glory for myself,

It’s about you Lord, living for you not myself,

May all glory and honour in my writing be given to you,

Lord, I pray that my writings will bring many closer to you.

In your precious name Lord Jesus I pray,

AMEN

A TOUCH OF HEAT STROKE

A TOUCH OF HEAT STROKE

I was exposed to the sun too long,

Ended up with sun burn,

And a touch of heat stroke,

How foolish too stay out in the heat of the sun.

It’s been uncommonly hot this month here,

And it’s so easy to think if there is a sea breeze it’s cooler,

So it’s my own fault I currently suffer,

But this will pass very soon.

Aloe vera on my skin worked the trick,

So that cooled down very quick.

I am much better exposing myself to the SON,

And for Him let a fire within me burn.

Lord, give me wisdom during sunny days,

To be more careful under the sun’s rays,

Thank you for the sun shine,

I pray that the SON will in me shine.

AMEN

A RESPONSE TO PSALM 119

A RESPONSE TO PSALM 119

Psa 119:1 Blessed are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the law of the LORD!

Psa 119:2 Blessed are those who keep his testimonies, who seek him with their whole heart,

Psa 119:3 who also do no wrong, but walk in his ways!

Psa 119:4 You have commanded your precepts to be kept diligently.

How happy and blessed I am when I walk in righteousness and obey your voice,

I am blessed when I testify to your goodness, following your path for my life,

And I make seeking you with my whole heart my choice,

I must walk in righteousness, in accordance with your Word all the days of my life.

Psa 119:5 Oh that my ways may be steadfast in keeping your statutes!

Psa 119:6 Then I shall not be put to shame, having my eyes fixed on all your commandments.

Psa 119:7 I will praise you with an upright heart, when I learn your righteous rules.

Psa 119:8 I will keep your statutes; do not utterly forsake me!

May I be Spirit led in all that I do,

Being strong in the Word and keeping my eyes fixed on you,

I will praise you with my whole heart as I learn and walk in your ways,

Do not take your Spirit from me for I will follow you all of my days.

Psa 119:9 How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to your word.

Psa 119:10 With my whole heart I seek you; let me not wander from your commandments!

Psa 119:11 I have stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.

Psa 119:12 Blessed are you, O LORD; teach me your statutes!

How can I walk in purity? I will pay attention to your Word,

My whole being craves for intimacy with you, keep me on the path of righteousness,

I have stored your Word deep down in my heart, that I might walk in righteousness,

Blessed be your name, teach me your ways oh Lord.

Psa 119:13 With my lips I declare all the rules of your mouth.

Psa 119:14 In the way of your testimonies I delight as much as in all riches.

Psa 119:15 I will meditate on your precepts and fix my eyes on your ways.

Psa 119:16 I will delight in your statutes; I will not forget your word.

I will share with others far and near the glorious truth of the gospel of your Kingdom,

The riches of this world don’t satisfy me, I seek your kind of wisdom,

I will study your Word and fix my eyes upon you,

In you and in your Word I delight, I will not forget to tell others about you.

Psa 119:17 Deal bountifully with your servant, that I may live and keep your word.

Psa 119:18 Open my eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of your law.

Psa 119:19 I am a sojourner on the earth; hide not your commandments from me!

Psa 119:20 My soul is consumed with longing for your rules at all times.

Your goodness and mercy knows no bounds, through you I live and have my being,

Open my eyes that I might see clearly the wonders of your grace, and gain in understanding.

This world is not my home, for I am your child and I know I am heaven bound.

My soul cries out for you, May my love and praise for you in heaven resound.

Psa 119:21 You rebuke the insolent, accursed ones, who wander from your commandments.

Psa 119:22 Take away from me scorn and contempt, for I have kept your testimonies.

Psa 119:23 Even though princes sit plotting against me, your servant will meditate on your statutes.

Psa 119:24 Your testimonies are my delight; they are my counsellors.

Continue to help me to stay clear of pride and rebellion, I walk in your ways,

Rid me of the criticism of men, for I endeavour to give you first place,

No matter who or what comes against me I will not go astray,

I delight in seeking your council, to walk in your ways.

Psa 119:25 My soul clings to the dust; give me life according to your word!

Psa 119:26 When I told of my ways, you answered me; teach me your statutes!

Psa 119:27 Make me understand the way of your precepts, and I will meditate on your wondrous works.

Psa 119:28 My soul melts away for sorrow; strengthen me according to your word!

I was lost and walking in corruptible ways, you came and you saved me,

When I cried out to you, you came and you rescued me, answering my prayers,

Help me to walk in your kind of Wisdom, may Christ be seen in me,

Cleanse me oh Lord that I might be clean, I give you praise.

Psa 119:29 Put false ways far from me and graciously teach me your law!

Psa 119:30 I have chosen the way of faithfulness; I set your rules before me.

Psa 119:31 I cling to your testimonies, O LORD; let me not be put to shame!

Psa 119:32 I will run in the way of your commandments when you enlarge my heart!

To you and you alone may I be true, in all I do let me follow you,

I choose to be faithful and constant in my pursuit and in following you,

I thank you for the promises within your precious Word, I know they are yes and amen,

Father I give me your heart, to love like you love, to care like you care for the world of men.

Psa 119:33 Teach me, O LORD, the way of your statutes; and I will keep it to the end.

Psa 119:34 Give me understanding, that I may keep your law and observe it with my whole heart.

Psa 119:35 Lead me in the path of your commandments, for I delight in it.

Psa 119:36 Incline my heart to your testimonies, and not to selfish gain!

May I learn of you, Implant your Word deep in my heart, I will serve you to the end,

Increase my understanding, that the mind of Christ my Saviour might be formed in me,

Lord I love you, I delight in you and will pursue righteousness as you lead me,

May I be a living testimony to you at all times for you are my best friend.

Psa 119:37 Turn my eyes from looking at worthless things; and give me life in your ways.

Psa 119:38 Confirm to your servant your promise, that you may be feared.

Psa 119:39 Turn away the reproach that I dread, for your rules are good.

Psa 119:40 Behold, I long for your precepts; in your righteousness give me life!

Keep me free from the snares of this world, Help me to live a Godly life,

Lord you are awesome and you are great, I bow down before you,

Lord I repent because sometimes I try to do things my way, The best way is yours,

I long to walk upright and righteous, to be led by your Spirit all the days of my life.

Psa 119:41 Let your steadfast love come to me, O LORD, your salvation according to your promise;

Psa 119:42 then shall I have an answer for him who taunts me, for I trust in your word.

Psa 119:43 And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth, for my hope is in your rules.

Psa 119:44 I will keep your law continually, forever and ever,

Lord I thank you for your love poured out for me, the blood of Jesus has washed my sins away,

Others may laugh at my faith, but I will stand firm, I place my trust in you,

May I never lose sight of you, in all I do may I honour you,

I will follow in your ways, in obedience to your voice each and every day.

Psa 119:45 and I shall walk in a wide place, for I have sought your precepts.

Psa 119:46 I will also speak of your testimonies before kings and shall not be put to shame,

Psa 119:47 for I find my delight in your commandments, which I love.

Psa 119:48 I will lift up my hands toward your commandments, which I love, and I will meditate on your statutes.

I will be a witness to you wherever you send me,

Having no fear of even proclaiming your name in high places,

I delight in your Word, and the truths contained within are revelatory,

I exalt you oh Lord, I love you and give you all the praise.

Psa 119:49 Remember your word to your servant, in which you have made me hope.

Psa 119:50 This is my comfort in my affliction, that your promise gives me life.

Psa 119:51 The insolent utterly deride me, but I do not turn away from your law.

Psa 119:52 When I think of your rules from of old, I take comfort, O LORD.

Lord I will not be crestfallen, at all times in you I have real hope,

Even in the difficult testing times, I know that in you I can find rest and peace,

People don’t understand me, but I stand strong knowing you are my sure and certain hope,

When I think of all you have done for me I take comfort, and I know my love for you won’t cease.

Psa 119:53 Hot indignation seizes me because of the wicked, who forsake your law.

Psa 119:54 Your statutes have been my songs in the house of my sojourning.

Psa 119:55 I remember your name in the night, O LORD, and keep your law.

Psa 119:56 This blessing has fallen to me, that I have kept your precepts.

I hate to hear others profane your name, they choose darkness rather than light,

As for me I will spend my days singing your praises,

Early in the morning I will seek you, and I will seek you at night,

I am so happy and blessed for I have chosen to walk in your ways.

Psa 119:57 The LORD is my portion; I promise to keep your words.

Psa 119:58 I entreat your favor with all my heart; be gracious to me according to your promise.

Psa 119:59 When I think on my ways, I turn my feet to your testimonies;

Psa 119:60 I hasten and do not delay to keep your commandments.

Lord you are my portion, my everything, I will follow you,

There is nothing I have done to merit your favour, yet by your grace I have been redeemed,

The ways of mankind are foolish indeed but I choose to follow you,

I run to you, let me testimony be that you I have followed.

Psa 119:61 Though the cords of the wicked ensnare me, I do not forget your law.

Psa 119:62 At midnight I rise to praise you, because of your righteous rules.

Psa 119:63 I am a companion of all who fear you, of those who keep your precepts.

Psa 119:64 The earth, O LORD, is full of your steadfast love; teach me your statutes!

Although temptation comes my way, I choose to walk in righteousness,

I dream about you in the night hour, I rise up and give you praise for you are good,

I seek to fellowship with like minded people, those who are your followers,

The whole earth Lord proclaims your goodness and steadfast love, I will by you be directed.

Psa 119:65 You have dealt well with your servant, O LORD, according to your word.

Psa 119:66 Teach me good judgment and knowledge, for I believe in your commandments.

Psa 119:67 Before I was afflicted I went astray, but now I keep your word.

Psa 119:68 You are good and do good; teach me your statutes.

Lord your Word is true, all your promises you have kept in accordance with your Word,

Lord give me wisdom, may I rightly discern your ways,

Lord I used to walk my own way, but you turned me around,

You are so good, I want to walk in your kind of righteousness, teach me your way.

Psa 119:69 The insolent smear me with lies, but with my whole heart I keep your precepts;

Psa 119:70 their heart is unfeeling like fat, but I delight in your law.

Psa 119:71 It is good for me that I was afflicted, that I might learn your statutes.

Psa 119:72 The law of your mouth is better to me than thousands of gold and silver pieces.

I will not listen to the devils lies, I open my ears to hear from you alone,

This world is full of clamouring noises, but I will seek your face,

Life’s struggles have taught me that I must place my trust in you alone,

Treasures of this world are worthless in comparison to treasure built up in heavenly places.

Psa 119:73 Your hands have made and fashioned me; give me understanding that I may learn your commandments.

Psa 119:74 Those who fear you shall see me and rejoice, because I have hoped in your word.

Psa 119:75 I know, O LORD, that your rules are righteous, and that in faithfulness you have afflicted me.

Psa 119:76 Let your steadfast love comfort me according to your promise to your servant.

By your hands I have been created, now I am adopted into your family, a son and an heir,

May all I come in contact with see you in me, as your truth and loving kindness I share,

Lord you are good, you are always good and always faithful,

Thank you Lord for your steadfast love which to me is experiential.

Psa 119:77 Let your mercy come to me, that I may live; for your law is my delight.

Psa 119:78 Let the insolent be put to shame, because they have wronged me with falsehood; as for me, I will meditate on your precepts.

Psa 119:79 Let those who fear you turn to me, that they may know your testimonies.

Psa 119:80 May my heart be blameless in your statutes, that I may not be put to shame!

It is real joy to know you Lord, I give you praise for the promise of life eternal,

I forgive those who have hurt me, and those who have sinned against me,

May I be a living testimony to you, may Christ be seen in me,

Help me to resist every temptation, Lord I give you my all.

Psa 119:81 My soul longs for your salvation; I hope in your word.

Psa 119:82 My eyes long for your promise; I ask, "When will you comfort me?"

Psa 119:83 For I have become like a wineskin in the smoke, yet I have not forgotten your statutes.

Psa 119:84 How long must your servant endure? When will you judge those who persecute me?

Lord the desire of my heart is to see you face to face, my hope is in you,

I long to see the fullness of your glory, I stand in awe of you,

I have experienced trials in this life but have known the strengthening power of your Spirit,

For you saved me, you healed me, you comforted me and my needs have been met.

Psa 119:85 The insolent have dug pitfalls for me; they do not live according to your law.

Psa 119:86 All your commandments are sure; they persecute me with falsehood; help me!

Psa 119:87 They have almost made an end of me on earth, but I have not forsaken your precepts.

Psa 119:88 In your steadfast love give me life, that I may keep the testimonies of your mouth.

I am in a battle of spiritual warfare but I know that in and through you I am an overcomer,

I shall walk in the place of victory proclaiming your truth dear Lord and Saviour,

Even if I face most certain death, I will not deny you, I will testify to your goodness,

You are the true life giver, you breathed life into me, may I be counted among the righteous.

Psa 119:89 Forever, O LORD, your word is firmly fixed in the heavens.

Psa 119:90 Your faithfulness endures to all generations; you have established the earth, and it stands fast.

Psa 119:91 By your appointment they stand this day, for all things are your servants.

Psa 119:92 If your law had not been my delight, I would have perished in my affliction.

And today Jesus, the living Word, sits at your right hand on high, and shall reign forever more,

You are faithful to all generations, our creator who hangs the universe in balance,

Help me to appreciate your greatness, fixing my eyes on you, not just giving you a mere glance,

Where would I be without your free gift of salvation, freely given, dear Lord and Saviour?

Psa 119:93 I will never forget your precepts, for by them you have given me life.

Psa 119:94 I am yours; save me, for I have sought your precepts.

Psa 119:95 The wicked lie in wait to destroy me, but I consider your testimonies.

Psa 119:96 I have seen a limit to all perfection, but your commandment is exceedingly broad.

Holy Spirit come and fill me afresh, increase the eyes of my understanding as I read your Word,

I give you praise, to God be the glory for now I know with a surety I belong to you Lord,

When things of this world come against me I remember your constant love.

You are the Holy one, complete perfection, I fix my mind on things above.

Psa 119:97 Oh how I love your law! It is my meditation all the day.

Psa 119:98 Your commandment makes me wiser than my enemies, for it is ever with me.

Psa 119:99 I have more understanding than all my teachers, for your testimonies are my meditation.

Psa 119:100 I understand more than the aged, for I keep your precepts.

I love your Word, I love spending time with you, I seek your face daily,

It is your wisdom that I seek, I sought to gain the wisdom of this world but it didn’t work for me,

When I am led by your Spirit I can love like you love and deal with others fairly,

Your kind of wisdom far surpasses the wisdom gained by age, I need you Lord teaching me.

Psa 119:101 I hold back my feet from every evil way, in order to keep your word.

Psa 119:102 I do not turn aside from your rules, for you have taught me.

Psa 119:103 How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth!

Psa 119:104 Through your precepts I get understanding; therefore I hate every false way.

I declare that because Jesus has triumphed over the grave darkness is spiritually under my feet,

I will not walk the other way, I seek your face and learn of you, I will not enter a place of defeat,

Your words are like honey to my mouth, you spoke forth and the earth came into being,

Lord to you may I be true, help me to gain in knowledge and understanding.

Psa 119:105 Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

Psa 119:106 I have sworn an oath and confirmed it, to keep your righteous rules.

Psa 119:107 I am severely afflicted; give me life, O LORD, according to your word!

Psa 119:108 Accept my freewill offerings of praise, O LORD, and teach me your rules.

Your Spirit speaks to me as I read your Word, and you direct my paths,

I have promised to serve you to the end, help me to walk in obedience,

I was sick and afflicted, you came and you healed me and made me whole,

Make clear my path, teach me your ways, and I offer up my praise forever more.

Psa 119:109 I hold my life in my hand continually, but I do not forget your law.

Psa 119:110 The wicked have laid a snare for me, but I do not stray from your precepts.

Psa 119:111 Your testimonies are my heritage forever, for they are the joy of my heart.

Psa 119:112 I incline my heart to perform your statutes forever, to the end.

I have a choice before me every day as to who I will serve, but I choose to follow you,

I will not fall for the enemies lies, I will stay strong in the Word, and stay close to you,

Lord it is only in knowing you I can find such wonderful peace and joy,

Father give me your heart, I want to have a heart after yours, and serve you all of my days.

Psa 119:113 I hate the double-minded, but I love your law.

Psa 119:114 You are my hiding place and my shield; I hope in your word.

Psa 119:115 Depart from me, you evildoers, that I may keep the commandments of my God.

Psa 119:116 Uphold me according to your promise, that I may live, and let me not be put to shame in my hope!

Lord keep me from being double minded in any way, I will serve you always,

How wonderful to know I am under your protection, you are my hiding place,

In Jesus Name I declare that I am more than a conqueror for Christ my Lord strengthens me,

Your promises are yes and amen, I will remember that in your Name demons must flee.

Psa 119:117 Hold me up, that I may be safe and have regard for your statutes continually!

Psa 119:118 You spurn all who go astray from your statutes, for their cunning is in vain.

Psa 119:119 All the wicked of the earth you discard like dross, therefore I love your testimonies.

Psa 119:120 My flesh trembles for fear of you, and I am afraid of your judgments.

Help me to stand firm upon the rock that is Christ Jesus, living only for you,

All the days of my life I will tune my ears to hear your voice and I will follow you,

What you say I will do, I want to do your will each and every day,

I stand in awe of you, I love your sweet presence, please Lord don’t ever take your Spirit away.

Psa 119:121 I have done what is just and right; do not leave me to my oppressors.

Psa 119:122 Give your servant a pledge of good; let not the insolent oppress me.

Psa 119:123 My eyes long for your salvation and for the fulfillment of your righteous promise.

Psa 119:124 Deal with your servant according to your steadfast love, and teach me your statutes.

I am blessed, and not oppressed, pressed down but not forsaken,

I have the confidence that you are with me always and my sins are forgiven,

You give me joy in this present time but I know it is nothing compared to the joy that is to come,

Thank you Lord for your favour, you pour out your love beyond measure, how awesome!

Psa 119:125 I am your servant; give me understanding, that I may know your testimonies!

Psa 119:126 It is time for the LORD to act, for your law has been broken.

Psa 119:127 Therefore I love your commandments above gold, above fine gold.

Psa 119:128 Therefore I consider all your precepts to be right; I hate every false way.

Lord I seek more revelation knowledge that I might gain in understanding.

Lord I repent on behalf of my nation for in our foolishness we have gone our own way,

There are a number of us Lord who have sought you for direction,

Lord bring the people in high places to repentance that they may no longer go astray.

Psa 119:129 Your testimonies are wonderful; therefore my soul keeps them.

Psa 119:130 The unfolding of your words gives light; it imparts understanding to the simple.

Psa 119:131 I open my mouth and pant, because I long for your commandments.

Psa 119:132 Turn to me and be gracious to me, as is your way with those who love your name.

In your footsteps I will walk, my soul craves for you alone,

Your Word is a light unto my soul, the Holy Spirit brings such amazing clarity,

There is such wonderful power in your spoken Word therefore my mouth I will open,

To proclaim forth your Name and I will be blessed and favoured by you now and through eternity.

Psa 119:133 Keep steady my steps according to your promise, and let no iniquity get dominion ,over me.

Psa 119:134 Redeem me from man's oppression, that I may keep your precepts.

Psa 119:135 Make your face shine upon your servant, and teach me your statutes.

Psa 119:136 My eyes shed streams of tears, because people do not keep your law.

Make my way straight, keep me walking along with you,

Help me to resist temptation, for you are the object of my pursuit

Help me to choose the better way, to pursue you in the secret place,

And Lord you have gifted me with a passion to see the lost saved.

Psa 119:137 Righteous are you, O LORD, and right are your rules.

Psa 119:138 You have appointed your testimonies in righteousness and in all faithfulness.

Psa 119:139 My zeal consumes me, because my foes forget your words.

Psa 119:140 Your promise is well tried, and your servant loves it.

Lord you alone are totally righteous, I lean unto the wind to be changed,

To become more and more like you, by the Holy Spirit transformed,

A zeal and a passion consumes me and I hate to hear people defame your name,

You alone are God, there is no other, people encounter you and they can never be the same.

Psa 119:141 I am small and despised, yet I do not forget your precepts.

Psa 119:142 Your righteousness is righteous forever, and your law is true.

Psa 119:143 Trouble and anguish have found me out, but your commandments are my delight.

Psa 119:144 Your testimonies are righteous forever; give me understanding that I may live.

I am not much by earthly standards, yet you have chosen me to follow you,

I stand in awe and wonder, you are the Holy one whose promises are true,

In this life I have not had my troubles to seek, but in you I delight,

You are Holy and righteous and you have said that I am precious in your sight.

Psa 119:145 With my whole heart I cry; answer me, O LORD! I will keep your statutes.

Psa 119:146 I call to you; save me, that I may observe your testimonies.

Psa 119:147 I rise before dawn and cry for help; I hope in your words.

Psa 119:148 My eyes are awake before the watches of the night, that I may meditate on your promise.

I cry out to you from the depths of my heart, I long to see family members and others return to you,

I bring my petitions to you for all you have placed on my mind for healing and salvation,

Early in the morning I will seek you, I pay attention to your Word,

I stay awake during the night watches, as I meditate on your promises dear Lord.

Psa 119:149 Hear my voice according to your steadfast love; O LORD, according to your justice give me life.

Psa 119:150 They draw near who persecute me with evil purpose; they are far from your law.

Psa 119:151 But you are near, O LORD, and all your commandments are true.

Psa 119:152 Long have I known from your testimonies that you have founded them forever.

Thank you Lord for you promise to give exceedingly abundantly above and beyond all I ask or seek,

Lord we have struggled with finances even to fully fulfill our ministry needs,

I believe it shall be given to us ; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over,

Lord your Word is true, you are not a man that fails To keep promises, I trust in you now and forever.

Psa 119:153 Look on my affliction and deliver me, for I do not forget your law.

Psa 119:154 Plead my cause and redeem me; give me life according to your promise!

Psa 119:155 Salvation is far from the wicked, for they do not seek your statutes.

Psa 119:156 Great is your mercy, O LORD; give me life according to your rules.

And yet Lord I can testify and bear witness to many times when you have come through for me,

As you have so often done in the past you have come to our rescue just in the nick of time,

For I seek to live my life as a witness for all around me to see,

That the way of the cross is the only way of salvation and they need to repent while there is still time.

Psa 119:157 Many are my persecutors and my adversaries, but I do not swerve from your testimonies.

Psa 119:158 I look at the faithless with disgust, because they do not keep your commands.

Psa 119:159 Consider how I love your precepts! Give me life according to your steadfast love.

Psa 119:160 The sum of your word is truth, and every one of your righteous rules endures forever.

The enemy tries to take me down, but I will overcome by the blood of the Lamb and my testimony,

How can people who say that they are believers not walk by faith?

Lord I pray for those people to have real encounters with you, and gain knowledge and revelation,

That they too might know you, really know you and be named among the saints.

Psa 119:161 Princes persecute me without cause, but my heart stands in awe of your words.

Psa 119:162 I rejoice at your word like one who finds great spoil.

Psa 119:163 I hate and abhor falsehood, but I love your law.

Psa 119:164 Seven times a day I praise you for your righteous rules.

Some have called me a heretic, I haven’t been popular with all, but I stand by the truth of your Word,

I rejoice for I know that I must walk in faith and place my trust in you Lord,

I hate when people try to water down your Word, it is health to my bones,

All day long I will offer up an offering of praise to you alone.

Psa 119:165 Great peace have those who love your law; nothing can make them stumble.

Psa 119:166 I hope for your salvation, O LORD, and I do your commandments.

Psa 119:167 My soul keeps your testimonies; I love them exceedingly.

Psa 119:168 I keep your precepts and testimonies, for all my ways are before you.

In you I have a peace beyond understanding, and you keep me from stumbling,

I praise and thank you Lord for saving me, to live a godly life I am seeking,

I have placed your Word within my heart, for the wonders within I cherish,

I don’t just want to know about you, I want to know you more, deep unto deep.

Psa 119:169 Let my cry come before you, O LORD; give me understanding according to your word!

Psa 119:170 Let my plea come before you; deliver me according to your word.

Psa 119:171 My lips will pour forth praise, for you teach me your statutes.

Psa 119:172 My tongue will sing of your word, for all your commandments are right.

Lord I implore you. increase my understanding, I want my heart to beat with your heart beat,

You are my Saviour, Healer and Deliverer, let me feed on more than milk I need your meat, I will proclaim near and far the Gospel truth, sharing with others my testimony,

I will sing praises to your Name and let others know how it is that in you they can find real victory.

Psa 119:173 Let your hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen your precepts.

Psa 119:174 I long for your salvation, O LORD, and your law is my delight.

Psa 119:175 Let my soul live and praise you, and let your rules help me.

Psa 119:176 I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek your servant, for I do not forget your commandments.

Thank you Lord for you have promised to guide all my footsteps, you will lead me in the way I should go,

I long for the day I will see you clearly Lord face to face, but for now there is work for me to do,

As long as I live I will serve you and praise you and walk in obedience to you,

I was a lost sheep and you rescued me, and now you have sent me out to reach others for you.

A PRIEST FOREVER AFTER THE ORDER OF MELCHESIDEK  (Praying through Hebrews 5 in poetry)

We exalt you oh Lord, our Great High Priest.

After the order of Melchesidek forever you are a Priest.

Thank you Lord Jesus for you intercede for us,

God the Son, to your Father, you were always obedient Lord Jesus.

That obedience took through a path of suffering,

Sinless and perfect you took our sins giving us salvation,

Lord don't let your church of today remain hard of hearing,

Open our ears to hear your voice, and may we keep maturing.

Many among us by now ought to be teachers,

But they are still needing to be taught basic Biblical principles,

Lord we repent on behalf of the church, forgive us for wanting to live on milk,

Take us deeper into the solid meat of your precious Word

It would seem that down through the ages the church has not changed,

It is time for us to move beyond childish things and move into maturity,

When we feed on your Word we are in righteousness and discernment trained,

And we learn who we are in you Lord and can move on into our destiny.

So we pray, take us deeper,

To you we want to draw closer,

Putting away childish things,

Moving on and maturing,

With our Great High Priest's help,

We are dying now to self.

Thank you Lord

AMEN

A message to the modern church in the west

A MESSAGE TO THE MODERN CHURCH IN THE WEST

"Is your lampstand burning dimly?

Have you lost sight of your first love?

I'm speaking also to your member's individually?

Are you beloved reflecting my love?

Return to me, your first love,

Alight the fire within your lampstands,

I will empower you with my dove,

It is time for you my people to take your lands.

.

I have seen your efforts to reach the lost,

But it's not going to happen by self effort,

It's not by your might or power but by my Spirit,

It is time for you my people to be led by the Holy Spirit.

I need to come like a fresh bloom cleansing,

My people you must flee from sin,

Listen to my voice and follow me,

Do you really want my Kingdom to see?

You sing songs of worship saying you give me your all,

Yet there are elements you hold back and you're heading for a fall,

Stat allowing the Holy Spirit full sway in your lives,

It won't do for men in the church to lust after other men's wives.

This message I know is not for thee whole church,

There are pockets here and there where my fire has been burning,

But for you my friends I send a warning,

Don't allow spiritual pride in to dim the light in your church..

You can learn from the persecuted church,

Learn from the poor churches in India and Africa,

They stand strong in me, they know the heart of Abba,

And they have not lost sight of their first love, even unto death.

Today, I am looking for lampstands burning brightly,

Churches whose lampstands are out are unsightly,

I feel such anguish in my heart when I see empty churches,

That once had bright lampstands burning within

Many say they would like to see revival,

But beloved it starts with individual renewal,

Are you prepared to take up your crosses and follow me?

Will you live in full obedience to me?

Is pursuit of Jesus and his Kingdom first on your agenda,

It's your heart's I'm looking for, hearts broken and restored by me,

I long to see the church in the west on fire,

Lampstands burning brightly, my people reflecting me."

I love you and I have always loved you,

Daily my Son Jesus intercedes for you,

The Holy Spirit ignites the fire,

I will clothe you with my glorious attire.

Burn for me, shine brightly my beloved children,

May the church be filled with godly men and women,

Reaching upwards, reaching outwards and ready to humble themselves,

Living for me, obeying me and dying now to selves.

And my Kingdom will come in power in the Western church,

Signs, wonders and miracles like never before,

Souls being saved daily and people are added to my church,

For I have shaken the western church at it's core."

Love from the Father who has always loved you,

From Jesus your Saviour,

And from the Holy Spirit who empowers you - The three in one God.

A LOVE LIKE NO OTHER LOVE

A LOVE LIKE NO OTHER LOVE

Jesus love for me abounds,

Where else could such love be found,

His love is love beyond all measure,

He looked on me and saw his treasure.

Before I was born he looked through the ages,

And He said "For this dear one I must surely die."

He came into this world for me to die,

Because of love He paid what should have been my sin's wages.

What love is this that He should leave Heaven's glory?

The spotless sinless Son of the living God,

Gave His life for me, and now I have a testimony,

Through His blood I was reconciled to my Father God.

How marvellous and amazing this free gift of salvation,

So wonderfully and freely to me has been given,

For He has saved me, delivered me and made me whole,

And He has written my name in the Heavenly scroll.

I have done nothing deserving of such love,

Agape love straight from above,

Yet if I had been the only lost one on this earth,

For me who would have come, paying my sin's sacrifice.

That same love He has for me, He has for you,

You can know the wonder of His grace, love and mercy too,

It was for all of us that Jesus came,

Accept Him as your Lord and Saviour and you'll never be the same.

A DISPLACED PEOPLE

A DISPLACED PEOPLE

A displaced people not at home in their homeland,

Why can't they feel at home in the country of their birth?

Not accepted by the majority from the moment of their birth,

The Roma are a people without a land.

Yet God loves the Roma people and He has a place for them,

Although man may shun them, by God they are not forgotten,

For He welcomes them into His loving arms, welcoming them home,

A land He prepares for them when through Jesus they come.

A people rejected by men, can be forgiven,

A people without a steady fixed abode can find a home in heaven,

Because God loves the Roma people and wants to heal their hurts,

He sets the captives free, and He comes to dwell within their hearts.
